Crew was efficient and capable. Crew boss was easy to work with and company delivered exactly as promised in earlier walk-through. When some branches on oaks were too high for climber, they came back on another day with a bucket truck. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I had a very large tree limb fall onto my roof at 4am on a Saturday. Rich, the owner, came to my house immediately to assess the fallen tree limb and give an estimate. The situation required a crane to remove the limb from the roof, and unfortunately the needed equipment was tied up at a job site all week so the company could not do the work until then. Since the tree branch was in danger of falling off of the house and causing more damage, I needed to get it removed ASAP and therefore had the service done with another company. Though no work was done by this company, I was extremely impressed. Rich was knowledgeable, friendly (my dog loved him!), and professional. As any homeowner knows, the hardest part of getting work done on your house is getting contractors to actually call you back and then follow through. Rich kept in contact with me and followed up daily until I was able to get the tree limb removed 4 days later. I will definitely reach out to this tree service for any necessary work in the future.

I called Herb Clark Tree and he arranged to come out the next day to look at the fallen tree and provide an estimate. No one was going to be home, but he offered to come out anyway. He gave me a quote and I decided to have the work done. He offered to come out the next day and perform the work. No one was going to be home, but he said he would finish the work and we could settle the bill later. When I arrived home and looked at where the tree had been, the area was cleaned up well. It was barely noticeable that a tree had been there. Good job! Herb Clark is a company that is responsive, clean, and trusting. I would have them come out again for other tree related issues.

I needed some tree branches removed that were hanging over my roof. I texted Herb Clark Tree Service & Rich called me back promptly & was at my house within a day to provide an estimate and go over the removal. Rich and his crew were at my house within the week and did an excellent job with branch removal & clean up. Rich even looked at other trees I had and informed me of a dead one that should be removed. Rich was great, was excellent about calling & letting me know that he was on the way to my home. I will be using him again for any future work.
