As a family-run tree service, our professional team will listen to and care for our customers in order to meet their specific needs.
Cabling and bracing are tree support systems used to maintain a tree with structural defects. One of the most common defects among trees is the formation of codominant stems. Pruning for structure: The removal of live limbs to influence direction, spacing, branch attachment and growth rate. This type of pruning is best done on young to medium aged trees. If you train them while they are young you will save yourself money as it is much easier to trim a small tree than it is a large tree (and better for the tree too).
If this happens to you and you want to deal with a friendly, safe and efficient tree company, Lindsay Tree Removal will come through for you. We'll come through your roof, your dining room wall, or even a bay window if that is what we need to do in order to get your home back to order. If it's a large tree and cannot be climbed safely or picked apart using a bucket truck, we'll bring a crane. Our goal is to remove the tree safely, without causing more damage. So if you have a tree that has structurally failed, call us and we'll take care of it.
For a quick, safe and inexpensive way to rid yourself of the "mower mine, " try stump grinding. We will turn that eyesore into a pile of mulch in a matter of minutes. Our stump grinder is self-propelled and will fit through a 36-inch gate. Big enough to tackle any stump but small enough to create minimal disturbance to the surrounding area. We will grind your stump 4 to 6 inches below grade. The pile of shavings can be used as mulch around other plantings. With a little soil and seed, you will struggle to remember you had a stump at all (except for the bent mower blade collection in your garage).
You may already know the benefits of using mulch in your landscape: weed suppression, moisture retention and temperature moderation. But, you may not have realized the benefit of using our all natural mulch. It is completely green. Unlike other mulch on the market, our mulch does not contain old construction material, pallets or pressure treated wood which leach harmful chemicals into your soil. It comes directly from trees. Wood chips from our tree work become the raw product for our mulch. We can also add a natural coloring agent derived from charcoal to produce a black dyed mulch if that is your preference.
