We take the client through a series of design stages: an overview, a preliminary process, and a finalization. At the end of the design process, a full set of construction documents are ready for building. We involve our clients in our design process as much as they want to. Gaining their input helps achieve what is wanted. The first meeting goes over general questions and design needs such as what style of house, building budget, amount of square footage, wanted features, etc. People generally come in with their own ideas sketched up on paper, however, if you are not sure what you have in mind then we can help you there too.
