McNelis Architects is a small firm that welcomes the opportunity to design a range of project types. By limiting the number of projects taken on at one time we are able to focus and be responsive in every phase of design. Every project is our most important project until it is finished. Our focus is custom residential, multi-family lowrise, and smaller scale commercial projects. We have a particular interest in adaptive reuse for its role in the conservation of resources. We can assist our clients from the early planning stages with feasibility and code studies through Architectural Design, Interior Design, Permitting and completion of construction.
