Our services range from architectural design, engineering site analysis, master planning, conceptual layouts, space planning and interior design, as well as schematic design, design development and construction documents. Our post design services include bidding, cost analysis, construction management and observation. The firm operates out of Los Angeles, California. Additional services provided in-house include Auto CAD, 2D and 3D, Revit, 3D renderings, PowerPoint presentations, fly-through animation, furniture procurement, construction cost estimating, record drawings and as-builts, and LEED projects (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
