Craig Pearson, Architect, founded the firm in 1995 as Pearson & Associates and worked as a sole proprietor. Growth came from long hours and hard work in providing clients dependable project programming along with practical and cost effective architectural design services. This was the basis of the firm's philosophy which was developed by Craig Pearson during the 1980s when he was Senior Project Architect for the nationally known real estate development company Landmark Land Company. In 1998 the firm incorporated as an S-Corp under the name of Pearson Architects, Inc., (PAI) located in Palm Desert, California.

Interior Design implies that there is more of an emphasis on planning, functional design and the effective use of space. Our Interior Designers understake projects that include arranging the basic layout of spaces within a building as well as projects that require an understanding of technical issues such as window and door placement, acoustics, lighting, etc. Our Interior Designers are highly skilled in order to create interior environments that are functional, safe, and adhere to building codes, ADA requirements and equally important adhering to the Client's budgetary constraints.
