Curtis Miner Architecture understands issues critical to success of clients who design and occupy commercial buildings of all types. We have worked extensively with various municipalities on the entitlement of these projects and have coordinated general plan amendments, re-zones, commercial site plans, architectural design reviews and other approvals. For developers, we strive to maintain low common area load factors, efficient and cost effective floor plate configurations and attractive buildings with ample room for signage.
Curtis Miner Architecture is a full service commercial architectural firm with clients ranging from small private developers to large institutions. The repertoire of projects completed by CMA demonstrates the ability to develop and to detail effectively a wide variety of project types and sizes, utilizing a diverse range of engineering systems to meet project needs. To offer clients the ability to construct projects outside Utah, Curtis Miner is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
