Simons Architecture has 25+ years experience as a licensed architecture firm leading all types and sizes of design and construction projects. Because any public building modification is important and requires an architect, Simons' project sizes range from very modest remodels to a 1,000,000 s.f. Master Plans. We have extensive experience with all governing jurisdictions in the states of New Mexico and Kansas along with all areas of site development and construction. Simons has developed numerous building types including office, retail, food service, industrial, worship, funeral, auto sales, tenant improvement, multi-dwelling, and residential.

In fact, when one of the largest home builder corporations opened its new offices in Albuquerque, the CEO selected Simons Architecture to design his family's residence for an up and coming Rio Grande Bosque Community. Today, this residence still reflects the best of living on the Rio Grande, while making family and friends feel at home. In addition to our many Commercial, Community and Worship projects, Simons Architecture has completed over 250 Residential projects. By starting with the home owners' view, we create unique designs [from 2,000 s.f. to over 10,000 s.f.] they can truly call "Home".
