Campbell Co.: Complete architectural design and construction administration were performed for the project. S & K Architects and Planners, Inc. provided the design for the new Ammonia Building at the Northeast Pump Station. The design theme matches the existing pump station. The station building is comprised of reinforced concrete foundation; CMU masonry walls with a colored cement stucco finish, hollow core pre-cast concrete roof slabs, and bitumen roofing. Re-roofing of three buildings, and renovating part of a chlorine building.
