In 1990, the firm's office relocated to Cheyenne, Wyoming; and in 2003 merged with Jerry Voigt, AIA, Principal of Associates West. Tobin and Associates, P.C. was in Hulett Wyoming this past weekend for the Ground Breaking Ceremony of a new medical clinic.
Tobin and Associates recently completed an addition to the Laramie County Community College Albany College Campus with Elk Ridge Builders as the general contractor. The ACC building received two new classrooms and supporting offices and storage, and remodeled an existing art lab into a science lab....
