Both principals, Gerry Schwarz and Tod Hanson, who collectively have over fifty years of experience in the industry, are involved in all aspects of the business and engaged in every project the firm handles. They have experience in just about every project style, scope and size. The architectural design team is comprised of dedicated, talented architects, designers, space planners and technicians who work together to deliver unique exceptional solutions. Great design is achieved by listening to our clients needs, evaluating the constraints of a site, and being intentional about respecting budgetary requirements.

In 1995, Gerald Schwarz and Tod Hanson partnered to found Schwarz-Hanson Architects. The firm is well known for its broad scope of projects and abilities, its exceptional architectural design and unmatched customer service. Our team of Registered Architects, Registered Interior Designers, Architectural Interns, and Space Planners collectively hold active licenses in the States of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Louisiana. Each and every client is a priority. In all of our projects you will find a holistic and innovative design approach with a focus on detail no matter the size or scope of the work.

Our team consists of five full time Registered Architects including our Principals, two Interior Designers, and a team of project coordinators. Our firm holds active licenses in the State of Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Both principals, Gerald Schwarz and Tod Hanson, remain involved in all aspects of the business and each project taken by the firm. The principals have over 50 years of combined experience. The staff is composed of committed, talented designers and technicians. Coupled with continued advances in technology applications, including BIM modeling, and virtual reality, the firm is able to design, produce and then communicate with clients and contractors effectively.
