At ERN Architects, we recognize that the real vitality in cities is often found in the way some streets work together. We respect how buildings along a street can create spaces that attract people and inspire activities. Some streets and buildings support this dynamic, but many do not. The firm's approach toward planning is centered in creating public space and mediating the conflict between pedestrians and the automobile.
We offer programming services to help owners meet their spacial needs, keeping in mind their long range expansion goals. We evaluate existing facilities to identify shortcomings and problems in order to develop solutions. We have experience in space planning and design for attorneys, accountants and doctors in both speculative and owner-occupied facilities. We provide services for tenant spaces including as-built documentation, area calculation, space planning, interior design and furniture/fixture layout.
