The owners of Viva Day Spa desired for their encore location a first-class day spa that could deliver the finest services for the mind, body and spirit in an environment that was warm, relaxing and - above all - unpretentious. The spa, designed in a new 6 story multi-use condominium building in Central Austin, was designed and permitted through the City of Austin in 4-5 weeks. This expedited process met the client's need for occupancy in a tenant finish out scenario. The architect's design provided new interior space planning for massage, aesthetician, manicure/pedicure, reception area and support services.
Harris Welker Architects provides your project with the tools you need to get the job done. Whether new construction, interior design, remodeling, or an addition to existing structures, our services are designed to meet your individual project. A licensed architect is trained to provide design solutions that respond to the specific needs of each particular client and to the site. The use of a completed set of working drawings that is prepared by an architect provides more specific details that prevent cost overages and delays.
Harris Welker Architects (HWA) is a full service architectural and interior design firm founded to provide clients with environmentally focused architecture. Harris Welker Architects maintains memberships with the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Registration Boards, National Council for Interior Design Qualifications, International Code Council, Architectural Woodwork Institute, and the National Institute of Building Sciences. HWA feels that the best projects result from listening to our client's goals before even conceptualizing the design solution.
