Jim Bulejski Architects, LLC, is a professional architectural firm specializing in residential and light-commercial projects. The company was established in 2004 and is located in Webster Groves, Missouri. We are a small architectural practice with experience in designing quality custom homes and additions for both home owners and builders. Our projects vary from creative luxury solutions to modest remodeling jobs. We are able to draw on those features that enhance the high-end homes and take advantage of the economies of the more common homes.
Highly functional living spaces which meet today's lifestyle demands, a multitude of amenities, and curb appeal are just some of the design considerations in these projects. In addition, our experience with building codes and acoustical and fire separations as well as our understanding of the economics of these projects are what our firm offers clients interested in designing higher density housing. Creating a building that is contextual with its neighbors while designing unique spaces for people to live, work, and play are the top considerations when planning a multi-family building.
Our services are tailored to fit your specific needs. Our process begins by asking what you want to do -your goals and objectives for this project. Once all the pertinent information about your project is collected, we develop various concepts to meet these goals. Based on your preferences, design documents are developed and from these we will produce the working drawings required for bidding, permit, and construction. Our years of experience in working closely with builders, city administrations, suppliers and other professionals in the building trades mean you end up with a well built product.
