JPA has always considered ourselves a commercial first firm with an emphasis on developer relations. Our beginnings in retail has grown into many of the sectors that we also consider part of our service specialty portfolio. None of these specialties would have evolved without our ability to be generalist architects that roll up our sleeves and get work done. A tremendous amount of our work involves repurposing older facilities for new uses. We have refinished many old facades to give structures new life at a reasonable cost.

The ground has broken and construction has begun! This is the start of our latest project to go up, Aura at Harbour View in Suffolk, VA.
