I am an architect located in Urbana, Illinois providing full architectural services: schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration. I provide client based services that are tailored to each project including programming and planning, hand drawn sketches and computer rendering, cost estimation, blueprints for construction, as well as project management during construction. With over 10 years of architectural office experience involving residential, commercial, institutional, and historic preservation projects, I formed my own business in 2014 to provide a cost effective alternative to typical high-overhead architecture firms.
