Chas Architects is a residential design firm founded on the idea that houses should shelter us, restore us and most of all, bring us joy. The unpredictable journey of design involves collaboration, a drawing together of designers, artisans, builders and our clients in search of a vision, that spark when we know we are on the right path. This is what we do. This is what we love. Rather than focus on any size or style of residence, our clients inspire our concepts. We collaborate closely with them to create homes that are a unique reflection of their daily lives and aspirations.

Since 1999, our team has designed and executed dozens of luxury residences for various clients. We welcome all scopes of work and pour as much attention and care into renovations and additions as we do for new construction.
