Great experience all around! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Great communication throughout the process and the crew was on time and FAST! We went with Desert Rose for our house and garage and absolutely love it. Price was exactly as quoted and even a bit lower since we didn't need as much new decking as originally thought.

4 PROJECTS NOW COMPLETED I have used Craftsman for my Windows (MN made by the way), my siding (Life Time Warranty). And now due to some bad storm damage they saved the day again and. Completing my roof and gutters they are the best. From Jay the representative who first came out both my crews who came out, to Ellie my fantastic coordinator they were quality!
The team even worked when it was super hot 98* I brought them lemonade but man the work ethic kudos! Thank you so much. Very thankful to have found you in the top consumer reports and the relationship we now have!

We just had Craftsmen out to replace the siding and windows on our home (June, 2020). We had a great experience and a meticulous crew that made sure everything was perfect. The siding foreman, Pat, walked me through the process, checked in with me daily to ensure our expectations were being met and left the site as clean as when they started. His crew was efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Craftsmen to anyone needing siding.

We had our roof re-shingled and gutters redone. Craftsmen was very good about communicating when workmen would arrive and of how long the job would take. The workmen were efficient, skilled, and sensitive to allow us to continue our normal daily activities. They did an excellent job on the roof and gutters and did a nice job in cleaning up after the job. The office has been friendly and efficient too. We feel we are definitely getting our moneys worth. We would recommend Craftsmen to others considering home improvement!

Craftsmen Home Improvements was great to work with! They replaced the roof on my house & garage and the gutters on my house. They communicated with me throughout the process and showed up on time to do the work. Jim was great in figuring out the best way to install flashing over the unique eyebrow windows in the roof of my 1925 house and also coordinated the roofing work with the carpenter who rebuilt and re-installed the eyebrow windows. The staff at Craftsmen Home Improvements were a pleasure to work with!

Working with the entire Craftsmen Home Improvement team has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our project included removal and replacement of entire roof (with significant re-decking), installation of aluminum wrapped fascia and hidden vent soffits (which included removal and replacement of large sections of damaged fascia), and covered gutters/downspouts.
Their bid was very competitive. Their lifetime workmanship warranty was a great selling feature. The Craftsmen team and all their contractors were professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Any issues that arose were resolved quickly. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent. We were never left wondering when the crews were showing up despite weather delays.
This a find-a-way, make-a-way team with with their goal being the customer's complete satisfaction. With window and siding projects in our future, we'll be reaching out to Craftsmen again!

Craftsmen Home Improvements just finished residing our house and garage with vinyl siding. This was a really great experience. The work looks great, the crew members were easy to work with and answered all our questions. They made it simple for us. We contacted several companies and Craftsmen was the only firm to really listen to what we were saying and provide us with a quote we could live with.

Craftsmen Home Improvements does an excellent job throughout the project process starting with the bid estimate to any follow-up work needed over the years. Our first experience with Craftsmen was 16 years ago when they did our siding, roof, gutters, garage door and windows to most recently our roof and our gutters (damaged due to a storm). Jim is excellent to work with and remembers you, your family and your project throughout the years.
Every time we have contacted him he has been so pleasant to work with. Even getting up on the roof and making some minor adjustments that have helped solve our concerns. When the crews come to do the job they are respectful and hardworking and the job site is cleaned thoroughly after. The key to their service is that they come fix any issue even many years after the install.
For example, about eight years after our siding was installed a storm blew a piece off and Craftsmen came out and fixed it for no charge. They have come out many times for many minor projects related to the original project and everything has been taken care of. This is a company that stands by their name and work.

We hired Craftsmen to reshingle our old roof, repair fascia, and replace gutters. Our roof was old and had three layers of shingles. Communication involved multiple groups: salesperson, coordinator, and separate crews for roof, fascia, gutters. Excellent communication in all cases, except for initial contact on roofing. Teams were responsive and informative.
We had a small leak in the porch roof and they came within a few hours to repair that (one small spot had not been sealed) but overall pleased with the quality of the work and our experience. Project came in slightly under budget, despite a few things being added as discoveries were made (to be expected given age and condition of roof)

This is the second project that we have had Craftsmen do for us. We had new windows installed a couple of years ago and were very pleased with the quality work and the results. So when we decided to replace our patio door, we didnt even think about calling anyone else but Craftsmen! We know them and trust them completely. One thing that stands out is that they were very careful to include us in any decisions that had to be made as the work progressed informing us of options and working with us to make sure they completed the job exactly as we wanted.
The crew was very efficient and meticulous, and they cleaned up thoroughly after the project, as if there had never been any construction taking place. If we have any projects in the future, we will definitely call Craftsmen again.

I'm happy with their quality service and reasonable price. People from CHS, either working on site or in the office, are helpful and professional. Their reliable work is really appreciated.

Once again, Craftsmen did a wonderful job installing more windows in our home. This time it was basement windows. They were dealing with some crooked walls, since the house has settled a bit since it was built. And it looks great. The wrong screens were sent by Pella, but they they quickly replaced those, and didn't bill for the job until the new ones were installed. Truly a classy company to work with.

Because of storm damage we have ended up getting our roof and siding replaced twice in less that ten years. Because of the great service we got from Craftsmen Home Improvements the first time we decided to use them again. Both times the process went great. Jim is great to work with and lets you know everything that needs to be done. He follows up and make sure everything has been done right.
The few small issues we did have he made sure they got taken care of. He even did a few extra things our home needed for no charge. If we are unlucky enough to get hit again we will make sure to go back to Craftsmen.
