The design/ build team for this project is meeting the Owners aggressive timeline by completing this project from schematic design, government approvals and construction to occupancy in 7 months. This warehouse is constructed of precast concrete wall panels and a steel girder / bar joist roof. The construction is scheduled to be completed by July 17, 2016. This pre-engineered metal building provided office and shop space to PES so that they could continue to grow and expand their industrial machine repair service business.
This development will add multiple new shopping opportunities for the visitors to Lake Geneva. The two larger buildings are masonry bearing with conventionally framed steel roofs. The two smaller buildings are wood framed structures. A new grocery store will anchor this development that borders Interstate 94 in Lake Mills. The grocery is constructed with masonry bearing walls and a conventionally framed steel roof. The front facade of this structure was renovated to provide an inviting entrance into a completely remodeled interior.
