Ken Fogle and Jeff Stenzel created a personal service firm after having held management positions in a large corporate practice in Cleveland. They chose to establish a firm in which they could provide direct services to each of their clients on an individual project basis. Eric Schneider is a Senior LEED ("green") AP BD+C Architect with the company Since 1998. Eric continues to play a key role in the development of contract documents and construction administration within the firms practice. Jeff has moved to a consulting role in code analysis and cost estimating.

Eric Schneider has been with the team since 1998. Second is a commitment to the direct personal service by our Principals, assuring our clients are making informed choices and that our firm owners take direct responsibility for managing the design and construction process in a controlled, business like manner.
The Exchange Center is a 9,000 square foot mental health services center that welcomes walk-ins. The new two-story masonry building offers training for daily living skills and computers as well as GED classes and other educational opportunities. The center is open five days a week and offers meals which are prepared and served daily by paid and volunteer staff. Construction of this $1.3 million center was completed in 2011. The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities Central Office renovation was completed in 2008.
