Barry Davis, Architects, P.C. is a full-service architectural firm serving the Southeast. We typically use the AIA family of contract documents; therefore, our services are based on the structure, scope and parameters provided in those documents. In addition, we are familiar with - and often work with - other contractual arrangements including those of the Alabama Building Commission, ADECA, Veterans Affairs and the Corps of Engineers. Of course, we would be happy to consider other atypical agreements designed to meet the Client's specific needs.
