Studio 8 Design was founded by eight long-time associates who all held a common vision - an architectural firm focused on providing solid designs coupled with excellent service to clients. Our core values reflect the highly interactive process that creates a successful project - we listen, respond, create, and manage. Our clients are key to this process. Building a new facility, creating a new interior design concept, or renovating an existing building is an exciting endeavor! In the initial programming stages of a project, we work with our client to identify meaningful goals and insight for their project.
Studio 8 Design provides comprehensive architectural services including: Architectural Design; Interior Design; Concepts & Planning; ADA Accessibility and Code Compliance; Feasibility Studies; Historic Preservation & Adaptive Reuse; Landscape Design; Affordable Housing Design; Low Income Housing Tax Credit Applications; Renderings & Models; and Sustainable Design. The services required when undertaking a building program can be varied. Frequently programming, planning, and feasibility studies may be required to determine types of facilities and spaces required.
