We are a family owned and operated company in business since 1995. We started our general contracting and roofing business in St Louis, MO and have now expanded to Illinois and Florida. We are partnered with One Way Roof. Our administration offices are located in Hazelwood, Missouri and Granite City, Illinois. We are licensed with the entire State of Florida and our coverage area goes beyond our office locations. As a homeowner, I know what's most important to me when I need work done around the house.

Our Residential Project Managers are specially trained to serve your needs. We provide free estimates, inspections, and bids, or, if you have suffered storm damage, our insurance claim specialists will walk you through the claim process. ONEWAY's team also provides 24-Hour Emergency Service for our customers. We have a licensed insurance adjuster on staff with years in the industry to lend a hand during insurance claim projects.
