From our first meeting with Bill and Daniel we found them to be great listeners. We put in to words how we and our large family wanted to "live" in the house and from there they came back with a construction concept. From that point they were extremely attentive to detail and to budget criteria. And most importantly once the final plans were approved they kept track of the project each step of the way until we got our CO. They worked collaboratively with our professional builder and from an architectural and quality perspective helped look after our best interests.
