Our approach uses an alternative project delivery method where the professional services firm leads as design-builder.

Wendel provides a full range of civil engineering services for both private development and public agencies. In order to evaluate and select a preferred location, a set of evaluation criteria will be collaboratively developed by the design team and the client. Wendel has developed a unique, innovative approach for accomplishing this site selection task in a consensus building manner. It is the approach we use on all of our site selection commissions. Our innovative process is often conveyed in the form of an actual case study, but this process will be uniquely tailored to the needs of your project.
