Ed Swaby is a registered architect in the State of New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. With more than 30 years of experience. His experience as a building inspector and a member of the National Council of Architecture Review Boards (NCARB) provides a unique perpsective for many projects to avoid the pitfalls in the design and permitting phase of a renovation or new construcction. Some of his designs are in home renovation and commercial projects and his experience starts with the initial visit with a client to provide sound advise on their projects and identify from the initial meeting on what is possible and permitted by the zoning board of the location of the project.
