Founded in 1989, Dean Maltz Architect is a New York based architectural and design firm that specializes in Commercial, Residential and Furniture design. Our practice has led us to design projects in New York City, New Jersey, Long Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Louisiana and Georgia. Project types have included Condominiums, Houses, Townhouses, Apartments, Lofts, Offices, Medical Suites, Retail Stores, Building Identity, Galleries, Showrooms and a Nightclub. Our goal is to be responsive to our clients' needs, while bringing a high level of design to every project.
