For more than 25 years, CMK Architects has been designing creative, cost effective, and energy efficient buildings tailored to our client's needs. We value being on time, on budget, and delivering quality designed projects. We are a full service architectural practice and provide master planning, interiors and general architecture design. CMK Architects has a wide range of experience with many different building types, located both within and outside the State of New Hampshire. The common thread running through all of our work is service to the client.

CMK's project solutions address the Client's program, reflect the individual character and values of that Client, and are respectful of site and the projects' context. CMK advocates an intelligent use of resources to promote and preserve a healthy environment. CMK creates models, not monuments. CMK employs Team-centered (Client and Architect) project programming. With expertise in operational detail and space programming, CMK has developed areas of specialization: Education, Civic, Corporate and Residential.

At CMK Architects, we want the building process to be as smooth as possible for our clients. Therefore, principal involvement is behind the success of each of our designs. Simply stated, one of our three partners remains involved in every aspect of a project from beginning to end. We have structured the firm to allow for this unique involvement and feel this approach results in clearer and more direct communication between the owner, architect, and contractor. It is our belief that architecture should be sympathetic to its environment, context and site.
