Richard Swann received a Masters of Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley. A member of the American Institute of Architects, he is licensed in both Connecticut and New York, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and a member of the Institute of Classical Architectural and Art. Our practice is almost entirely residential; while many examples in the portfolio are new construction, renovation or remodeling constitutes as much as half of our work.
