Open Doors Organization (ODO), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Chicago, Illinois, was founded in 2000 for the purpose of creating a society in which all persons with disabilities have the same consumer opportunities as everyone else. We aspire to teach businesses how to succeed in the disability market, while simultaneously empowering the disability community. In America today, marketing toward people with disabilities is hindered by myths and misconceptions. Through comprehensive research, training, and guidance in marketing strategies, ADA compliance and customer service, ODO gives large corporations and small businesses alike the tools they need to reach and serve the disability market.
Open Doors Organization (ODO) welcomes the opportunity to assist businesses in improving their disability-related facilities, products, services and marketing. The types of services we provide continue to expand as new needs come to our attention. As a non-profit, we also strive to remain affordable for even the smallest clients. We will be happy to discuss your project and explore how ODO can best help you reach your goals.
Open Doors Organization loves a new challenge. If your industry or focus is not listed under this Business section, it doesn't mean that we won't welcome your project or haven't already worked in that area. ODO assists businesses of all types, from banks to supermarkets to spas and wellness centers. We can help you improve your accessibility and expand your clientele.
If you're looking to volunteer in a good cause, please give us a call at 773.388.8839. Open Doors Organization often needs help with its many projects and fundraising activities. We're conveniently located near Chicago's O'Hare Airport.
