The AireCell system is designed to accept any panel material to meet virtually any application. Gerbig Cleanrooms can assist you with selecting the proper cleanroom panel for your application. Standard aluminum skin panels have a white semi-gloss polyester finish. Kynar finish is available for very corrosive environments. For conductive panels, anodized aluminum skin is available and offers an order of magnitude lower surface resistance than polyester. Gerbig also supplies cleanroom wall panels for use in general construction and for skinning existing walls.
Sliding doors are becoming more popular because they save space by eliminating the door swing area. They also have less effect on room pressure in small cleanrooms and do not create as much turbulence. AireCell offers quality commercial aluminum doors as a standard cleanroom component. A unique outer frame allows doors to install easily into the AireCell wall system. Door leaf is pleasing to the eye but engineered for strength to provide years of trouble-free service. AireCell cleanroom doors come standard with push bar, pull handle, full glass insert and heavy-duty hinges and automatic door closers.
Design flexibility makes Gerbig clean storage units the solution to your storage needs. Since our customers' products vary, we custom make each unit to fit the size of your product. We have a variety of reliable door styles that will make product transfer or storage trouble-free. Storage Closet Air is supplied over storage area with a Fan-Filter unit mounted directly above. Closets feature hinged acrylic doors, chrome-plated hanging rod and leg levelers. Panel material is an aluminum composite with other options available.
