Offered in clad, and non-clad options alongside a variety of finishes, our Aluminum doors achieve an exceptionally premium look. Our balanced hardware is integrated into the aluminum extrusions, which can be clad with 22 gauge stainless or.030 bronze. As a non-clad option, aluminum balanced doors may also be provided in clear anodized or painted finishes to match the surrounding metal work. Each project is custom engineered to meet even the most demanding design specifications. All Dawson doors comply with the strictest building codes and ADA guidelines.

All Glass doors by Dawson create an open and inviting look to your entrance. Glass is factory glazed with monolithic tempered clear glass. Full-width top and bottom rails in either stainless steel, bronze, or painted and offer the perfect decor compliments to elevate any entrance. The All Glass configuration can be balanced or standard swing (center pivoted), and the top and bottom rails are available in a variety of finishes to match the surrounding entrance conditions. Each project is custom engineered to meet even the most demanding design specifications.

Dawson's highly skilled team extend their expertise to metal cutting, bending, welding, and finishing, creating close tolerance, custom metal fabrications that meet or exceed your expectations. Dawson has a long history of successfully working with industries requiring complex metal fabrication, with particular expertise in closely collaborating with electronics, marine, medical, power generation, rail car transportation, and retail industries. Dawson specializes in the manufacturing of cabinets, enclosures, and kiosks; decorative highly cosmetic custom metal finishings; discrete components made from sheet metal; precision frames and weldments; precision sheet metal components; and powder coated sheet metal products to meet your specification.

Dawson offers industrial powder coating solutions to meet the most stringent customer specifications. Primarily, we utilize a three-stage pretreatment process consisting of an iron phosphate detergent, a cold water rinse, and a non-chrome seal rinse. Our iron phosphate detergent includes additional fluoride ions which increase the etching effects on aluminum and stainless steel surfaces. We also offer mechanical blasting as a pretreatment option prior to powder coating. Complex geometries are tested using our in-house DataPaq to ensure optimum cure cycles thus eliminating over-baking and discoloring of the powder.

Dawson's highly skilled craftspeople use one-of-four of the latest, and trusted, welding techniques in our manufacturing process, to fuse your project's custom pieces. Dawson has numerous spot welding machines suitable for welding various materials. Our newest spot welding machine is the Amada ID40IV HP NT. The ID40IV HP NT features the latest inverter spot welding technology that is capable of consistently producing high-quality sparkless welding. Vertical press type welding combines the power of inverter technology with the accuracy of a microcomputer controller.

Sandblast cleaning is available for auto parts, agricultural and industrial equipment, marine parts, and other small to large ferrous and non-ferrous components. Blasting is performed in our fully enclosed 20'x20'x10′ blast room. The blast room is equipped with two large overhead doors to accommodate larger products. Included is a specialty blast pot for unique applications and virgin abrasive requirements. Sandblasting can be performed using aluminum oxide, Black Beauty (AKA Black Diamond), or any other type of abrasive blasting the project requires.
