We ship statewide, and our service crews are available to perform renovation and new construction installations anywhere we are needed. Our renovation division specializes in the sale and installation of exterior and interior windows and doors and the related finish carpentry. An EPA lead certified firm, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for the work we perform and offer the longest installation warranty in the industry on most of the products we install.

Bay windows are a great addition that can be used to create space for sitting, add extra room for plants, or create a nook in the kitchen. Our bay windows can be done in either triple pane or double pane glass, with openers or without, and in standard angles of 45 degrees, 30 degrees, or 90 degrees. Small bay windows with a 90 degree mullion are also referred to as garden windows or box bays. When replacing an existing bay window we always completely remove and replace any existing structural base and top.

We are capable of completing commercial vinyl window and door replacements or new construction installations just about anywhere in Alaska. The Nome City Hall and Senior Center was a project completed in 2012 and involved the replacement of around 60 wood windows with triple pane vinyl Northerm Windows. We had a great time working on this project - the people in Nome are awesome and we actually had decent weather most of the time we were there. The Fairbanks Denny's restaurant was an entertaining event - replacing windows while the restaurant functioned around the crew was a new experience.

Installation is available for all the products we sell, and is performed by our own team of skilled professionals. Our installation team has well over 100 years experience in window, door, glass, shower door, and railing installation. While we provide service in the Anchorage, Eagle River, Mat-Su and Big Lake areas we will also travel statewide when needed. We try to make our quotes as clear, complete, and detailed as possible - but most people buy windows only once or twice in a lifetime, so there will be questions.

For commercial or residential applications, and from standard sized framed sliding systems to heavy glass shower door and panel systems, Neighbors Windows & Doors can supply the right shower doors and a high quality professional shower door installation by master craftsmen. Our shower door department is staffed with over 50 years of experience in custom glass and shower door products. Brandon Conklin heads inside sales and has been selling, specifying, or installing shower doors for over 10 years.

Most quotes can be done remotely - we need a photo of the inside and outside of each window (step back so we can see the whole window), a photo looking down at a corner of the glass (this lets us see if it's single, double, or triple pane and how the window is built), and the dimensions of the visible glass (just measure what you can see through). We will always send a technician out to confirm sizing and specification if you decide to place an order!
