Lloyd’s Glass went above and beyond to make sure my windshield was perfectly replaced. Greg made it easy to schedule, handled the insurance portion, and resolved my transportation issue. Wade, Ian, and JR ensured a perfect replacement and even caught and fixed a leak that had developed from a loose roof rack bolt. WOW! They do what they say and when they say! Great service before during and after the installation. We had been trying to get a glass replaced on a vehicle since February with a national glass company with at least 7 cancellations due to supposed supply issues. Lloyd's got it done in 4 days! Forget those companies that advertise nationally and go with your local guy!

if you're a lifetime Pensacola resident, forget about the free box of steaks. they just don't care. yes, it's more important that I had my windshield replaced, which was kind of a bait-and-switch thing, and I'm sure my insurance rates will go up, but after listening to "a free box of steaks" for over 35 years, it just didn't happen. What's more disappointing is I found out they get their stakes from the same place in the wires does. But again, it just didn't happen.

Wonderful people! I had issues with my car leaking water and we weren’t sure if it was coming from the windshield or a crack in the frame on the top of the car. They took my car in and showed me where the water was coming from (not the windshield) and even tried to fix the hole leaking area ! Then… they didn’t even charge me! What amazing customer service! I recommend them to anyone who needs service. Very very helpful and truly good people!!
