I highly recommend Masterpiece Windows. They installed windows for us back in 2008 after buying our first house. Recently, one of our windows started to fog up and they replace it for free. The window was still under warranty, but the labor was not. The salesperson, Ken, said it was just a matter of changing out the sliding portion of my window unit and he just come one day and replaced it for free. I love the fact that they did not nickel and dime me. We couldn’t be happier with their service and windows. You have our future business!

Masterpiece is a great local company. I would definitely recommend them. Their process was so simple and the cost is very reasonable. I really needed my windows replaced quickly because my older parents were moving in. They knew my situation and basically put our project on priority to make sure things were completed before my parents moved in. It took a week longer than expected due to delivery issues (not their fault at all) but we were still very happy that the installation was done on time. Thank you.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience for Masterpiece Windows. After offering a quote that was far below other companies', Ken said that our window was probably still under warranty. The company that installed the original window had gone out of business, so Ken actually made several calls while still at our house to track down the manufacturer. He even checked in on us a week later, even though his work for us had cost him a sale. Masterpiece Windows will be first on our list next time we need to replace a window.

We recently replaced all of the windows and a patio door in our house. After doing tons of research, we settled on Masterpiece Windows. They were great! George was very knowledgeable, and gave us all the options without pressuring us. Avery and his team were able to do the work quickly and well despite the challenges they faced on our house. After getting several quotes to replace my windows, I found Masterpiece Windows' product was far more superior at a substantial lower cost than area competitors. George was very attentive from the in- home presentation to the final walk through after installation. I can't say enough about Avery and his team that installed the windows. They took care of everything, I didn't have to move a piece of furniture or take down any window blinds or treatments and they left my house just as I left it. It has been over a month and I have noticed a significant noise reduction not to mention any more drafts.
