So happy with this decision. Jim came out on a busy flood day to patch a leak. (Thanks again!!) Then we scheduled the new roof. It was delayed a couple of days because of rain so that we would be leaving for vacation before the roof was finished. The crew got here at 7 am. By the time we left at noon they were already laying shingles. By 6 pm our neighbors sent us photos of a completed roof, crew gone and everything cleaned up, patio furniture replaced, etc.
It always makes me nervous to pay up front for work (it must have been Jim’s honest face!), but we did. Once we got back from vacation we needed a small adjustment with the gutters. Jim and crew were here within a few days to make the adjustment. Very happy. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience. Our last roofing experience was a nightmare and this experience from estimate to complete roof took 3 days. Jim came out Sunday morning, roofing began Wednesday morning and was done by 4pm! I was highly impressed with his honesty and the expertise of his team!

We had a great experience with Weatherguard, Jimmy and their crew. Jimmy was at our home within less than 2 hours of requesting a quote. He and his colleague were respectful of social distancing in their interactions with us while evaluating our roof and provided an instant quote before leaving our property. The price was neither the lowest nor the highest but we were satisfied with the product offered and the company far surpassed others we had received quotes from in terms of responsiveness to our questions and ability to complete work quickly. Within 2 days of signing off on the contract we had a crew onsite and work was completed in one day. Jimmy oversaw all the details from start to finish. All of this was handled professionally with no stress or worry on our end. The hardest part of the process was choosing the color for the new shingles! We were out of town during the installation and both Jimmy and the crew leader stayed in constant contact throughout the process and provided detailed photos of every step of the job.
