Tommy Thompson, President of Serenity Windows, Inc (now also known as ‘Those Window Guys') installed the first true tilt-in vinyl replacement windows in the Roanoke Valley. That was in 1983. Twenty five years and thousands of windows later, Tommy has perfected the art of window installation. Now he has shared his knowledge and experience with his staff of window technicians (installers) all employees, no subcontractors. Tommy provides free in home estimates and works with homeowners to create professional projects that add thermal efficiency, beauty and value to their homes.
