I BEG YOU, NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
I DONT WANT WHAT HAPPENED TO US, TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!! We have had the absolute worst experience, and install! If you like shotty work, these are your people. If you like spending hundreds, almost thousand dollars on attorney fees to file suit, than use this company. The georgia secretary of state can't even establish this company has a valid license. Feel free to search that online as well! I've had 12 new companies come to give me quotes to fix what this guy did. All of them saying this is the worst install they have ever seen. I welcome you to Google Elijah Kelly, and see he uses his home address as a business address. He is an LLC, yet the address on his contract, is different, and can't be verified by Google search. He apparently has had another construction company registered to his home address, that has since been dissolved? All you see are posted stock photos, no actual photos of his work... after install he demanded payment, and refused to come view the work his crew did. He screamed and yelled on the phone, very aggressive demeanor. It took hours of begging and crying for him to finally say " fine ill be there Friday at noon click"
He had 3 days after install to view the work, before I left town for 4 days, and chose to not come until a week later. We had no idea if he would even show, bc we were told that's not how this works, and he doesn't checks his crews work, and we must think he sits on his ass all day.
Mind you, we waited 3 months for these windows. He did show the day he stated with 2 different crews and 17 brand new windows. He never said he was bringing people to install all brand new windows, how do you get all brand new windows in 6 days after we just waited 3months? We didn't trust that for a minute, he knew him and his crew messed up bad, bc we sent him a TON OF PICTURES of the work. Why else would you bring all brand new windows begging me to install them? During his inspection he said " some girl who sits at a desk wrote this warranty and has never installed windows, we don't follow the instructions we do it our own way" I have all this on my nest camera. Ok. So why sell me on a warranty you don't follow, that's fraud. 3 people from the Manufacturer company told me I cant register these windows under warranty with a bad install.. Major issues with install include, all window being crooked, not level, no insulation used anywhere, large gaps between every window covered by tape! They didn't use a single pre drilled screw hole to hold the windows into the frame. Missing trim, trim to short, caulk everywhere, they caulked things they shouldn't have. Every single weep hole and drain is covered by pvc strips that aren't even cut at a 45 degree angle. Water is seeping into all the channels, which will result in damage, half the windows you need super human hulk strength to open, and the other half don't align with the locks. Windows installed with broken glass, you name it, it's wrong. Drafts coming in hard through every room, my hvac hasn't stopped running since they left. I payed for capping, didn't get, I paid for tempered glass, didn't get, I paid extra for an energy package, DIDNT GET. No insulation anywhere! This experience has been an absolute nightmare. I could go on and on, missing mull kits, etc. He has a very aggressive behavior. He argued and talked over me during his entire hour of inspection (also recorded on my cameras) I am so ready to share these videos and recordings with anyone and prove this horrible experience. I have absolutely no doubt we will get justice from this experience. Videos, pictures and recordings don't lie, only Elijah Kelly does.Not even an offer for a refund, and we return the windows to this guy. ALL 17 WINDOWS INSTALLED WRONG, ALL 17 WINDOWS NEED TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.

Elijah and his employees are very respectful and organized. They stay true to their word and follow up on promises! His assistant Alyssa is awesome! She is very thorough and detailed and has helped with any issues/concerns I have had!

No fancy sales pitch, everyone showed up when they said they would. Great value for the money. My experience was: easy to work with. Also my sister in law used them, quite pleased with all her replacements, she had 24 windows replaced I had 10. Absolutely would use them again.
