In the Washington DC historic district, everyone must apply for a proper permit from DCRA (department of consumer regulatory affairs) and DC Historic Preservation. We will do this complimentary free of charge when you sign up for a window replacement contract. Our goal is to make replacing and refurbishing the windows and doors of your property a seamless process. We look forward to helping make your ideal vision for your home a reality. If the property is located in Georgetown Historic District homeowners will have to apply to U.S Commission of Fine Arts for any structural changes including windows and doors replacement.
