MW Millworks has been serving Charleston and surrounding areas for the past 27 years with a devoted passion for historically accurate millwork. We supply Charleston's elite contractors with the best and most period appropriate millwork on the market today for their projects. We also have our new contractors covered as well. We manufacture a wide variety of custom millwork products at our state of the art facility. We offer services, including DP-50 to Impact rated entry units. MW Millworks strives to maintain historic integrity on every restoration project.

MW Millworks is locally owned and operated. We are manufacturers of high quality windows, doors, shutters, turnings and a wide range of custom millwork. With a dedication to historic preservation and restoration, we have taken pride in serving downtown Charleston and surrounding areas for the past 22 years. Our many years of millwork experience and versatile machinery allows us to reproduce virtually any custom millwork. With a multitude of patterns and the ability to grind our own profiles, we can match any moulding, custom door or window profile.

MW Millworks manufactures interior and exterior doors, as well as door units. With a variety of profiles, panels, glass and wood species, the possibilities are limitless. Virtually any size and design are available, as well as custom design pressure (DP50) door units. MW Millworks offers a variety of custom doors made of solid wood using historic construction methods combined with modern technology. We manufacture all of our doors in house and have the tooling to produce whatever profile or panel type you prefer along with various glass types.

MW Millworks offers a variety of shutter styles. We have traditional Raised Panel and Louvered shutters as well as Board and Batten and Bahama Shutters. We can build custom sizes to match any window opening and louver or panel configuration. We have several raised panel options and profile types. We also offer beauty moulds, custom louver spacing, and the classic rabbet and bead for closure. Our milling department can assist you with your custom moulding and trim needs. With a multitude of patterns and the ability to grind our own knifes, we can match any profile.

MW Millworks offers a variety of custom window options, including double-hung, triple-hung, casement and fixed windows. We specialize in True Divided Light and Putty Glaze historic windows ranging from sash replacements to complete window units. Our staff can assist you with matching existing conditions or provide you with shop drawings for new designs. Our milling department can replace any size or type of historic window sash. We specialize in Putty Glaze True Divided Lite sash options with plate glass and restoration glass.
