Standard Balance is also used for new applications. Used for window sash or for industrial applications up to 100 pounds. Spring balance replaces preexisting balances, sash weights & pulleys counterbalancing the weight of the window. Standard balances offer the largest selection of weights and can be used for replacement and for new windows. Fits into a preexisting window cut out. Removal of window sash is required for installation. Fits into a preexisting window cut out with tape attached to the window sill.
