If you search the Internet or see the ads about how "drain tile and stone" or "Outside Waterproofing" does not work and will fail. After 42 plus years in the commercial and residential waterproofing business we can attest that outside waterproofing and drain tile will continue to be used on every new home and commercial building built. Chances are that if you basement is leaking, your waterproofing and drain system had worked for at least the past 40 to 60 years or more without an issue. Technology in waterproofing is light years ahead of how your "old" system was installed.

Mobile Waterproofing also installs clean outs. The clean out allows the customer or Mobile Waterproofing the ability to inspect or do routine maintenance on your outside drain tile. You can send down a drain camera or auger the system from ground level.

Mobile Waterproofing has the ability to straighten most bowed walls. This method does involve exterior excavation of the wall, pushing the wall back flush with jacks. TruDry is a polymer modified asphalt emulsion 40 mils thick that, because of its elasticity, bridges any small cracks which may develop over time. Our workers also get in the hole and spray 2 coats of waterproofing on all new construction. A lot of the competition sprays on only 1 coat of "damp proofing" — not to be confused with waterproofing — and sprays from the surface with a long pole sprayer and does not get in the hole. That is not the way to spray a basement correctly. That's why you should always ask your builder if they are going to damp proof or waterproof you new home.
