As a realtor, as an investor of 25+ years, as someone who knows a lot of contractors - I like to think I know good contractors. And I do - lots. When one of them REALLY impresses me I want to tell everyone because I don’t think good work gets enough press.
When our basement took on water during the storm in early August I called a few waterproofing companies I’d known and referred over the years - and got ideas on how to fix our issue. We’d waterproofed 15+ years ago when we moved in to our home and had never thought we’d need to do it again. We were wrong.
My wife Jane and I ended up choosing to work with Bam Waterproofing owned by my friends Beata and Mike. Mike’s quote was fair, they got started quickly - which was a big factor - the guys worked their TAILS off, and really important they kept their dust to a minimum. After two days worth of jackhammering our concrete I was pleasantly surprised at the minimal dust.
They cleaned up after they were here and did an amazing job. We will not have to go through this process again and we’re thrilled!
