We were hired to renovate an abandoned space in Cocowalk into a restaurant. The location of the space was the challenge. We had to work on the third floor directly above an operating Retail space, Bar & Grill, as well as a Cheesecake Factory. Complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems had to be run to a source due to the fact other tenants within Cocowalk took all the above mentioned systems designated for this space. The complete space was renovated in the time frame of 150 Calendar days.
