JDH Company, Inc. is a commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor who specializes in EPDM, TPO, Modified and Built-up Roof Systems. We are an approved installer for many different roof systems. JDH Company is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Assocation and the Tennessee Association of Roofing Contractors. It is JDH Company's mission to serve our industry and community with top quality services and products in a timely, cost effective, and professional manner to build and maintain lasting relationships.

JDH Company was formed on January 1st, 1997 by Jay Helton, Ricky Miller, George Walden and Don Franklin who worked in the field and in the office to help the company get off the ground to form a solid business. JDH Company took on complex projects including schools, shopping centers, churches and government buildings which challenged the skills and abilities of the company. We have hired and maintained employees with skills and strong character who are truly a credit to the company's success. Since our very beginning, JDH Company, Inc. has successfully grown into one of the largest and most reputable commercial roofing and sheet metal companies in the southeast by bringing 100 years combined of roofing expertise together within the company.
