President Thomas B. Bradley founded Masonry Builders, Inc. in 1988. Tom is a fourth generation mason contractor, and along with his brother Todd Bradley - Vice President and Rich Chivari- General Superintendent, these three offer over 100 years of construction experience. The retail market has been a strong suit, having completed tens of millions of square feet of tenant space, however schools, office buildings, hotels, & sporting venues are all projects which MBI excels. The approach to steadily grow has enabled MBI to become a strong masonry contractor willing to tackle the largest masonry projects without sacrificing the need to maintain its repeat customer base.
M.B.I. is a commercial masonry contractor servicing the entire state of Florida with concentrations in the West Coast & Central Florida. Commercial projects of all types are welcomed, with residential construction limited to multi-family structures. Masonry Builders has built its reputation on challenges. With an extremely strong supervisor staff, there is no project too large for our staff to handle, but we also pay fine attention to the smaller projects as well. With the steady growth philosophy, we have managed to balance multi-million dollar projects as well as small projects less than $100k and many others in between at the same time.
