Any savvy business owner knows that quality, performance, and value are important factors to consider in a roof. But at Conklin, those attributes are just the baseline in the development of our roof systems. Our systems exceed the most rigorous industry standards and do more than just protect - they can actually pay for themselves! Conklin's white roof systems reflect the sun's heat and UV rays to keep buildings cooler and reduce air conditioning costs. In addition, periodic recoats can often protect for the entire life of the roof, offering the superior protection of a Conklin roof without new roof expense.
Our team of experienced technicians are qualified and ready to begin your commercial skylights project. We work with General Contractors, architects, and subcontractors to analyze building plans, ensuring every aspect of new commercial skylight installations and replacements are considered.
Conklin's Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) System is a great way to provide high-grade insulation on both roofing and interior wall applications for top to bottom protection from the elements. SPF effectively controls air infiltration, adds building strength and reduces cooling and heating costs. With an insulating value of R-6.4 per inch, no seams to leak and no fasteners, foam systems deliver exceptional energy efficiency throughout the year. Reduced sound transmission for noisy environments. In roofing applications, you may combine these benefits with the proven protection of ENERGY STAR rated coatings for a system designed to stand the test of time.
There are a number of different roof types. Most common for a traditionally built wood structure is the composition shingle as pictured above. However if the roof is a low slope roof it may need a flat roof system to better protect it. We do offer a number of Energy Star roofing products which give you a cooler roof which in turn increases energy efficiency. In some cases the roof may pay for itself with energy savings in 7-10 years. It is helpful to our environment by minimizing energy usage. We do flat roof systems and composition shingles on mobile homes depending on the pitch of the roof.
