Steel Garages & Shops has been actively engaged in the sales and construction of custom wood framed steel buildings since 1983. The company was owned and operated by James Huddleston from 2001 through 2016. In 2016 Steel Garages & Shops was bought by James's son Bryan Huddleston and his business partner Mike Budworth, with James staying involved as a consultant. Steel Garages & Shops has constructed over 500 buildings in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area and surrounding counties. You'll find that most buildings are "post and beam" style, which exposes wooden components to the moist soil and potential rotting over time.
