Garden Sheds are built using the same base as an A-Frame, but with a steeper roof pitch and sturdy hurricane ties. The studio shed aims to do the opposite: with a double row of windows across the front-facing wall, this modern shed style purposely brings the outside in. Our greenhouses are precisely crafted by experts in gardening and construction, making them world-class. Lapp Structures' Amish built greenhouses are maintenance free, and feature 8mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels providing semi-diffused light, making them dual-use greenhouses. Our pressure-treated structural frame includes white vinyl exterior trim boards for years of maintenance free durability.

Our single car garages can be designed using our A-Frame, Garden Shed, and High Barn roof styles. They don't only protect your car, but also add valuable additional storage space. In most designs, we can add a sturdy loft to free up floor space below. Based upon our A-Frame design, the double wide gives you enough space to store two full-sized vehicles inside, while still providing additional space for storage. The double wide is also easy to install: delivered in two prefabricated sections, this large shed can be built in as little as a day.

Pergolas add depth and interest to an otherwise typical backyard. They won't protect you from a sudden rainstorm, but their open air design and light shade protection will give you the perfect space to experience a beautiful, sunny day. Lapp Structures uses several different methods to deliver your structure. In some cases, we can have our pre built sheds delivered directly to you, while some sheds are built on site. Which options are available to you depend on the size of the building you purchase and access to the site where the shed is to be placed. Our preferred and most common method of delivery is via truck and trailer if possible. Your structure is built at our factory and delivered to you nearly complete. There are distinct advantages to this: this method is minimally disruptive to both you and especially your neighbors, and it can generally be completed within an hour or two.

Preparing a site for a storage building requires careful planning, and is vital in ensuring the long life of your structure. Here's how to build a foundation for a shed that is both sturdy and allows for proper drainage of moisture. Do NOT place your shed on cinder blocks. While it is a cheap way to build a foundation, there will be some settling of your shed early on. This will cause your shed to sit unevenly, putting stress on the overall structure. It also is more difficult for us to deliver and place your shed, and the lack of a proper base voids our warranties.
