Joe from Peltier Building was by far the easiest and most professional company we hired to do the many projects on our new home. We had a pool installed, finished the basement and more and we had this one section of the house with low ceilings, lots of pipes, electrical hanging, all sorts of sloppy home builder stuff was done to this room, 2 of our other current contractors we had on the site that did this sort of work all said no thanks to the job, Joe came in and knocked it so far out of the park, it's beautiful!

We used Joe to turn our unfinished attic space into a master bath and walk-in closet. We could not possibly be happier with the results! Joe took our vision and elevated it into our dream bathroom. His attention to detail is what impressed me most; we left a lot of the small decisions up to him (i.e. door handles, shower door) and he chose the most perfect items! Throughout the process he was extremely organized and when we made changes to the scope of the work, those changes and the costs associated were clearly outlined. He was cognizant of our budget the whole time and the payment schedule/final reconciliation went smoothly. I would recommend Joe in a heartbeat and fully intend on using him for future projects!

Joe was excellent in all regards. He was professional and honest, willing to both offer his expert opinion and to listen to what i wanted. He communicated with me so well - in person, on the phone, via text message, and through email.
Our project was a shower remodel, removing the builder standard shower and putting in a tiled shower and frameless glass doors.
Everyone who worked on the shower remodel was licensed. Joe monitored the subcontracors closely. Any questions or concerns i had, he dealt with promptly.
Ther were a few glitches, like when some pipes needed to be moved or the shower door company decided the doors were flawed. These things were out of Joe’s control, yet he worked hard to keep the work flowing.
Now we have our beautiful new shower, in part because of Joe’s advice throughout the remodel. He has an excellent aesthetic sense which i came to trust more and more as i realized that what he suggested looked great.
I would hire him again (and probably will) with confidence.

Joe and his team exemplify professionalism and expertise. When I presented Joe with a tile sample chosen by my son for his bathroom renovation, Joe promptly identified a potential issue with the red clay backing showing through the white grout lines. He recommended selecting a different tile, displaying his keen eye for detail. Throughout the process, Joe patiently addressed all my inquiries. Notably, among three contractors bidding on the project, Joe was the only one to propose a professional cleaning of my son's tub rather than total replacement, significantly reducing costs. With Joe's reasonable pricing and meticulous attention to detail, the project stayed within budget, resulting in a stunning shower/tub remodel. Joe renovated two bathrooms in our home! He transformed two very small outdated rooms into modern, highly functional spaces. The rooms turned out exactly as I envisioned them.

As a remodeling contractor, Joe Peltier is second to none. He completes the work with great pride and meticulousness, as if it were for his own house. He most recently completed a master bathroom remodeling project for us, as we were preparing to sell our house, and it came out beautifully. A couple of years ago, he also completed a major remodeling project for our kitchen and main floor of the house. What makes Joe special is all of the attention to detail, his smooth coordination of the entire project, and his gift for converting each project into a work of art. Not only that, but he is easy to communicate and work with, very honest and forthright, and quite personable. We've entrusted Joe Peltier with two bathroom remodels. In our half bath/laundry area, he transformed the space to include additional cabinet space and a new counter. For our master bath, which underwent a complete overhaul, Joe's team installed new plumbing, tiled floors, and crafted a beautiful walk-in double shower. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and Joe's innovative layout suggestions tailored to each area. We couldn't be happier with the results - both bathrooms are simply stunning!
